In a statement issued on November 18, 2025, the Communist Party of India Liberation expressed its firm solidarity with the Venezuelan people, the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), and the popular movements defending national sovereignty and the Bolivarian process.
The organization strongly condemned President of the United States´s imperialist provocations.

The statement asserts that the deployment of nuclear submarines, warships, and other military assets near the Venezuelan coast constitutes a deliberate act of intimidation aimed at destabilizing the country and facilitating government change.
It also mentions airstrikes against civilian vessels, justified under the guise of an “anti-narcotics operation,” as well as the launch of the “Southern Spear” initiative, which it characterizes as fabricated pretexts to legitimize illegal actions against national sovereignty.
The statement links these actions to a prolonged campaign of economic strangulation and political sabotage, including the blockade, which seeks to break the will of the working people and force Venezuela to cede its natural resources to imperialist interests.
The document points out that these maneuvers are not isolated, but rather part of a global strategy: “The genocidal war in Gaza, the mass displacement of Palestinians, and the unconditional support of the United States for Israel demonstrate the same imperial strategy now being directed against Venezuela.”
It emphasizes that this agenda is repeated in different regions: “Military domination, economic blackmail, repression of any people who resist submission, and appropriation of vital resources for profit-hungry capitalist corporations.”
The Communist Party of India (ML) Liberation reaffirms that the right of the Venezuelan people to determine their own political and economic course is “absolute and non-negotiable.”
The statement concludes with a call for international unity: “We stand shoulder to shoulder with the Venezuelan people and with all the forces fighting against imperialist aggression.”
